Monet’s Avenue of the Garden /h

Claude Monet was a leading figure of Impressionism. Impressionist paintings are known for using bright colors to capture outdoor buildings and figures as soft, airy "impressions" wrapped in light and atmosphere.

Monet's Garden depicts the purple irises blooming in the garden he landscaped at his home when he was 60 years old.
