What you'll do

This time, let's paint the moon and stars using special techniques to create a dimensional texture art piece! You can paint a full moon, or scatter various stars. Let’s capture your favorite celestial bodies on a round canvas!

1. Check Your Venue
Artbar has three unique studio locations. Please make sure to check your reserved studio name in advance.

Umeda & Lab Hirakata Studios: Includes one complimentary beverage from Tully's Coffee.
Lab Hirakata Studio: Open to participants junior high school age and older. Please note that the one complimentary Tully's beverage is the only refreshment provided at this location; no other drinks or snacks will be available.

2. What to Wear
We will use acrylic paints. Because acrylic paint does not wash out of clothing, please make sure to wear clothes you do not mind getting dirty. We cannot accept responsibility for any paint stains on your clothing.

3. Taking Your Artwork Home

No same-day pickup: Artworks require significant drying time and cannot be taken home on the day of the event.
Cash-on-delivery shipping: Completed artworks will be shipped within 10 to 14 days via cash on delivery (pay on delivery).
No alternative options: We only ship via cash on delivery. We cannot accommodate later in-person pickups.
Returned packages: If your package is returned due to an unknown address or expired storage period, you will be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the re-shipping fee.

4. Cancellations and Changes (Up to 24 hours before the session)

Up to 72 hours before: 100% refund (0% fee)
72 to 24 hours before: 75% refund (25% fee)
Less than 24 hours before: No refund (100% fee)

To change your date or session, please cancel your booking and register again. Please check the cancellation deadlines above.

Moe

Hi there! I'm Moe. Everyone is welcome at my sessions—whether you're a beginner, feel like you aren't good at drawing, or are coming alone. During the two hours we spend together, everyone is an artist. Let's paint something you love. ：） There's no need to be nervous; just relax and have a great time. My English isn't perfect, but I'll do my very best. I look forward to meeting you!
